Always place your aligner with your fingers. Never bite the aligner into place.

Never use boiling water to clean your aligner – this can warp the plastic and severely damage the aligner.

Keep your aligner away from pets! This can be dangerous to both your pet and your aligner.

Brush with toothpaste often.

Use warm water and a bubbling cleanser to clean your aligner at least once a day.

Never leave your aligner on a table , in a napkin, or in your pocket where it can be easily lost or broken.

If you’re not wearing your aligner, always store it safely in its case to avoid accidental damage.
